Day earned her J.D. from UNM School of Law and practiced aviation regulatory law in Washington, D.C. at Eckert Seamans, advising on U.S. and global regulatory requirements for commercial carriers, airports, and pilot certification, and working with the TSA, NTSB, DOT, and CBP. She founded DHV Law in 2019 and Transportation Law New Mexico in 2023, and was named one of Albuquerque Business First's "40 Under 40" for her work expanding New Mexico's aviation and space sectors. Her practice spans all matters of general and commercial aviation, drone law, personal injury, employment, complex commercial litigation, and probate.
Justin Haddock
Cornell Law–trained corporate strategist who has led legal at aerospace and technology companies — most recently as Head of Legal for Sceye, Inc., the Moriarty-based aerospace and material science company.

Justin began his career in intellectual property at Norton Rose Fulbright and King & Spalding in Austin, then went in-house at Hasbro, negotiating licensing for brands including TRANSFORMERS®, MY LITTLE PONY®, GI JOE®, and SCRABBLE®, before leading the IP and Marketing legal team at Indeed, Inc. His practice focuses on general corporate strategy: regulatory compliance (CFIUS, export), government contracts, capital fundraising, contract drafting and negotiation, IP portfolio management, marketing compliance, and labor & employment.
